Maximum Liability: Confronting Code’s maximum liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services during the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Confronting Code harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Confronting Code reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on our website.
